Class Description: Learn the basics of parkour with this class of jumping, vaulting, and coordinated movements. This class will help you gain power in explosive actions that can improve your dynamic climbing while having a lot of fun.
Prerequisites: No past knee or ankle injuries

BOOKING PERIOD: This offering is open for booking 24 hours before the start of the class.
RESERVATIONS: All fitness classes require a reservation. If you do not have a reservation, please ask the front desk if there is space before entering the room. Online reservations are available to members, paying non-members, and ten pass holders. Guest passes cannot be used for advanced online sign-ups at this time.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be made no less than 1 hour before the start of class.

NO-SHOW: Our fitness classes are in high demand, and we’d like to make sure everyone who would like to take a class has the opportunity to do so. Canceling your reservation helps others. If you don't cancel and you are a no-show, the following will be applied:
