Instructor: Lissette de la Rosa
Bio: Lissette de la Rosa (she/her) is a Certified Breathwork Practitioner and founder of Breath and the City, a healing initiative rooted in breathwork and culture. She creates inclusive, transformative spaces to release, reconnect, and reclaim inner power. Her work blends breathwork, somatics, and community care to guide people back to their most authentic, aligned selves.
Clinic Description: This breathwork ceremony is a guided somatic experience that uses intentional breath, music, and energy work to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and access deeper emotional clarity. Designed with community and culture in mind, it’s a space to ground, heal, and return to your most authentic self. Participants will receive special Prana swag!

RESERVATIONS: All clinics require a reservation. If you do not have a reservation, please ask the front desk if there is space before attending the clinic.
CANCELLATIONS: To receive a refund, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the clinic date. If fewer than 3 students enroll, this clinic may be canceled 24 hours before the clinic date.
NO-SHOW: No Refund.
