About: Brown Girls Climb (BGC) is a national non-profit that facilitates mentorship, uplifts leadership, and expands access to climbing and the outdoors for People of the Global Majority. While BGC has historically focused on Women of Color in climbing, its vision is to foster equity and representation for all climbers impacted by patriarchal systems through adaptive, justice-centered community programming, meetups, and resource-sharing.
